PRE-REGISTER: Pointillism Techniques with Alcohol Ink (releases June 4)

I'll show you techniques to create texture, shadows, and highlights with dots of alcohol ink. We'll create two paintings - a floral and a landscape.

SUPPLY LIST

• 2 pieces of 5x7 synthetic paper (I recommend Grafix White Craft Plastic  or Grafix Dura-Bright Opaque White, simply because you can wipe clean any splatters or spills) but any non-porous paper or surface will do. 
• Alcohol Inks in your choice of colors  (colors for floral are your choice - I"ll be using pinks and purples. Colors for landscape should include blues, greens, orange, yellow, purple)
• Blending Solution
• A small bottle of 91% Isopropyl Alcohol AND
• A small jar or container of 91% Isopropyl Alcohol (for cleaning brushes)
• A palette
• A small detail paint brush - size 0 works well
• Micro applicators (optional)
• Q-Tips (optional)
• Plastic to protect your work surface 
• Gloves to protect your hands
• Paper towels or napkins
